Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened caramel products in their original shipping box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our confectionery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
